Free fan site. No guarantees. Be cool.
Effective June 3, 2026. These are the ground rules for using Deadhead High.
What Deadhead High Is
Deadhead High is an independent, fan-built Grateful Dead discovery map, listening path guide, and personal listening journal. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to the Grateful Dead, Rhino, Warner Music Group, Relisten, Internet Archive, or any related entity.
Free, Experimental, and Impermanent
Deadhead High is provided for free. It may change, break, lose features, go offline, or disappear at any time. The app is offered as-is and as-available, with no promise that it will always work, always be accurate, or always keep every feature or piece of saved data.
Not a Music Host
Deadhead High does not host Grateful Dead recordings. Listening links point outward to legal listening destinations such as Archive, Relisten, official services, or search/copy handoffs where exact links are not guaranteed.
Source and Accuracy Limits
Setlists, venues, dates, personnel notes, research signals, and guide copy are maintained with care, but mistakes happen. Treat Deadhead High as a guided fan resource, not an official historical archive. Corrections are welcome when they are source-aware and permission-safe.
Your Account and Saved Stuff
If you sign in, you are responsible for what you save in your trail, ratings, notes, and submissions. Do not save anything illegal, abusive, invasive, or sensitive. Deadhead High may remove content or disable access if someone uses the site in a way that harms the project, other people, or source-safe operation.
No Warranties
Deadhead High is provided without warranties of any kind. No guarantee is made about uptime, data preservation, accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted access.
Limitation of Liability
Use Deadhead High at your own risk. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Deadhead High and its operator are not responsible for losses, damages, missing data, broken links, unavailable services, bad recommendations, or anything else that comes from using or being unable to use the site.
Respect the Music and the Sources
Do not use Deadhead High to scrape, copy, republish, or misuse third-party material. Do not submit copied fan comments, long lyric quotes, unpermissioned data, or anything that creates copyright, privacy, or source-safety problems.
Changes
These terms may be updated as Deadhead High changes. Continuing to use the site after updates means you accept the current version.
