The Short Version

Deadhead High is a fan-built discovery map and listening journal. We do not sell your personal information. We do not want sensitive personal details. We use your email so you can sign in, save your check-ins, notes, ratings, favorites, badges, and troubleshoot account issues. We use Google Analytics to understand visits to the site, such as pages viewed, device/browser type, and general traffic patterns.

What We Collect

  • Email address: used for sign-in, account sync, and technical support.
  • Your saved trail: shows you mark listened or attended, favorites, ratings, notes, badges, daily/trivia progress, and similar app state you choose to save.
  • Technical information: basic logs and diagnostics needed to keep the site running and resolve issues.
  • Visit analytics: Google Analytics helps us understand traffic and site usage at a broad level.

What We Do Not Want

Do not put private, sensitive, medical, financial, legal, or other heavy personal information in show notes or correction submissions. Deadhead High is for remembering what you listened to, not storing your whole life story.

How We Use Information

  • To let you sign in and save your stuff across devices.
  • To restore your account if something breaks.
  • To understand whether the site is working, loading, and being used.
  • To review corrections or source notes you choose to submit.

Service Providers

Deadhead High may use third-party services to run the app, sync accounts, host the site, and measure traffic. That can include services such as Supabase for account sync and Google Analytics for visit analytics. Those services process information under their own policies.

Listening Links

Deadhead High links out to services such as Archive, Relisten, and other music destinations. Once you leave Deadhead High, the other site or service controls its own privacy practices.

Your Choices

You can use much of Deadhead High without signing in. If you do sign in, you can choose what to save. If you want account data reviewed or removed, contact the site owner through the support channel provided for Deadhead High.
